Vegan Pumpkin Pie

2 Pie Crusts

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup vegan butter
5-7 T water

2 Pumpkin Pies

4 cups pumpkin (2 15 oz. cans)
2 cups soy or almond milk
3/4 cup sugar
6-8 T cornstarch
2 T black strap molasses
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice or cloves

Make pie crusts

Mix all ingredients together
and pour into pie crusts

Bake 350 degrees 60 minutes
