1 15 oz can garbanzos(2 cups)
1/4 cup tahini
4 T lemon juice
2 large garlic cloves
1/4 tsp cumin
salt to taste

Drain garbanzos, reserving liquid
In blender combine lemon juice and garlic
Add tahini and cumin and 1/4 garbanzo liquid
Add garbanzos using more liquid if necessary
Season to taste with salt
Serve chilled
