Cauliflower Poppers

1 large cauliflower
cut into bite size pieces
juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 T olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried dill
fresh black pepper
2 T nutritional yeast

combine everything in large bowl
bake on greased cookie sheet
400 degrees 40 minutes
stir halfway through
