Baba Ghanoush

1 eggplant
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup tahini
juice from 2 lemons
1/2 tsp cumin
2 T olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Cut eggplant in half lengthwise
Bake 425 degrees 30 minutes
After eggplant cools off
peel away skin

Blend everything in blender
