Tofu Scrambled Eggs

14 ounces extra firm tofu
rinsed and drained

sun-dried tomatoes
olives

whatever veggies you want
chopped and sauteed

(2 T) nutritional yeast

(1/4) cup almond or soy milk

(2 tsp) turmeric

parsley
sage
rosemary
thyme

garlic salt
cayenne

turmeric
Braggs

Cook tofu in small amount of oil
on fairly high heat in frying pan

Add other ingredients and
cook covered on low for
a few minutes

(I don’t measure anything when I make this)
