Vegan Spinach Lasagna

This is so easy to make
you won’t believe it.

32 oz spaghetti sauce
1 lb vegan mozzarella cheese sliced
small package lasagna noodles uncooked
large bunch fresh organic spinach slightly steamed
1/2 cup vegan parmesan cheese

Put a little sauce in bottom of 9×13 baking pan.
Layer lasgana noodles over sauce.
Add half the spinach for next layer.
Add half the mozzarella for next layer.
Sprinkle with half the parmesan.
Add about 1/3 of sauce and
then repeat layers.
Add rest of sauce and
sprinkle parmesan on top.

Bake 350 degrees   50-60  minutes
